Popular Cincinnati Radio Personality Karen Van Zant Kicks Off 2021 With New Live and Local Morning Show on Cat Country 94.1/WNNF-FM

Van Zant Takes 94.1 Cat Country Listeners from Mornings through Early Middays; Austin “Tater” Ratcliff Debuts as Cat Country 94.1 Afternoon Host

CINCINNATI, OH, January 5, 2021 — Cumulus Media announces that Cat Country 94.1/WNNF-FM in Cincinnati has launched a new live and local morning show this week, featuring On-Air Host Karen Van Zant, longtime Cincinnati radio personality and producer. The new morning show airs Monday through Friday from 6:00am-9:00am. The program brings the best New Country music to Cincinnati’s Country fans, and provides up-to-the-minute local news, weather and traffic updates. Zant will continue at the Cat Country 94.1 mic for early Middays, keeping the New Country music and information going from 9:00am-Noon. Austin “Tater” Ratcliff will step into Van Zant’s previous timeslot on the station as Midday Host, airing from Noon to 3:00pm Monday through Friday. Chris Clare, Cat Country 94.1 Program Director, will continue as On-Air Host in Afternoon Drive, airing weekdays from 3:00pm-7:00pm, followed by Nights With Elaina from 7:00pm-Midnight and Later with Lia from Midnight to 5:00am.

Van Zant has been a popular Cincinnati radio personality for over 15 years, and is a familiar voice to morning listeners of Cat Country 94.1, as the Local Morning Show Producer for The Ty Bentli Show and Morning Koffy. Prior to that, she was at Cincinnati stations WFTK (96 Rock) and WREW (Mix 94.9).

Ratcliff is another familiar voice on Cat Country 94.1, serving as primary swing on-air talent in multiple dayparts for the last three years. In addition to his new role as Midday Host, he will continue to serve as Promotions Director for the station. Ratcliff is also a well-known event DJ in the Cincinnati area.
