KNBR 104.5FM / 680AM Partners With Local Non-Profit Giving in Motion to Raise Over $100,000 For Bay Area Hunger Relief

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 10, 2020 Cumulus Media announces that Sports/Talk radio station KNBR 104.5FM / 680AM The Sports Leader partnered with local non-profit Giving In Motion to raise over $100,000 for Bay Area hunger relief. The funds were raised via a GoFundMe online campaign held from Monday, June 1, through Friday, June 5, 2020, and will provide over 6,500 family meals, plus 1,300 bags of school supplies and household essentials to Bay Area residents impacted by COVID-19. The KNBR staff will deliver the meals to people in need at specific locations in San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland and Walnut Creek through its partnership with Giving In Motion.
